'� WHEREAS,�the attached applica'�ion has been submitted to the City of Cupertino requesting a chan�� of zone in the zoning regulaicions of the City, as stated on page tv1o; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held at least one public hearing in regard to the application on the date as noted on said application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has duly considered and heard all evidence submitted in regard to said application; and WHEREAS, the necessary public notice5 have been given as required by the zoning ordinance of the City of Cupertino; NOW,.THEREFOR�, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. That the Planning Commissi�n fincls 'chat the proposed zone change: a , Encourages the most appropriate use of land, b. Conserves and stabilizes the value of pro��rty, c. Pr�vides fo ad.equate onen spaces for light and air, d. Permits adequate control of f�yres, e. Promotes the health, safety ��nd public vrelfare, f. That said Planning Commission; therefore, reports favorably to the City Council �n the matter of granting said zone change. Said approval to be subject to the folloti��ing conditions: Exhibit "B", which is comp�sed of Conditions 1-12 quoted below: 1. Install ornamental street lights. All lighting shall be designed to in n� way interfere tivith adjacent resi- dential district. 2. Street trees will be planted in the public right-of -way and shall be of a type approved by the City in places c?esignated by tize City. 3.
