WHEREAS, the Planning Commi�sion o`' the City of Cupertino
received an application for a USE FER.MT`r, as stated on page two; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has met the burdern of proof required
to support his said application; 2nd
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the application
meets the folloUTing requirementso
a. Encourages the most appro�riate use of land,
b. Conserves and stabi�izes the value of property,
c. Provides for adequate open spa.ces for light and air,
d. Permits adeGuate control of fires,
e. Pr.omotes the health, safety and public welfare,
