RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMI�SION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
GRANTING A USE PERMIT.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission o�' �he City of Cupertino '
received an application for a USE PERMIT, as stated on page two; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has mPt the burdern of proof required
to support his said application; �nd
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the applicati�n
meets the follov��ing �^equi� ements o
a. Encourages the most appro�riate use of land,
b. C�nserves and stabi�izes the value of property,
c. Provides for adequate open spaces for light and air,
d. Permits adeauate control of fires,
e. Promotes the health, safety and public welfare,
f. �Provides for the orclerly development of the City, and
g. Is advantageous to the property and improvements in the
zoning district and neighborhood in which the property is
located;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, f acts, exhibits and
other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE
PERMIT be, and the same is hereby granted, subject to the conditions
stated on page tv�To; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the aforementioned f indings be approved and adopted, and
that the Secretary be, and is hereby directed to notify the parties
affected by this decision.
