14. Screening in accordance with California ti'Vater Service
Company's later presentation, except that modifications
should be done for a better screening from lot 222,
(adjacemt to the area).
15. Construction work shall begin within two (2) years of
the date of this Use Permit.

RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
GRANTING A USE PERMIT.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino.
received an application for a USE PERMIT, as stated on page two; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has met the burdern of proof requirecl
to support his said application; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the application
meets the following requirementsa
a. Encourages the most appro�riate use of land,
b. Conserves and stabi�izes the value of property,
c. Provides for adequate open spaces for light and air,
d. Permits adequate c�ntrol of fires,
e. Promotes the health, safety and public welfare,
f. Provides for the orc�erly development of the City, and
g. Is advantageous to the property and improvements in tt�e
zoning district and neighborhood in which the property is
locat�d;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consic�eration of maps, facts, exhibits and
other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE
PERMIT be, and the same is hereby �ranted, subject ta the conditions
stated on page tv�To9 and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the aforementioned f indings be approved and adopted, and
that the Secretary be, and is hereby directed to notify the parties
affected by this decision.
