City of Cupertino rec�uesting a change of zone in the zoning
regulations of the CiLy, as stated or, page two, and
wHEREAS, the Plannin� C�mmisslon has held at least one public
hearing in regard to the application on the date as noted on said
application; and
WHEREAS, the PJ_anning Commission has duly considered and
heard a11 evidence submitted in regard to said app'lication; and
WF�REAS, the necessary public no�ices hav� beeri given as
required by the zoning ordinance of the City of Cupertfno.

1. That the Planning Commission finds that the propo�ed
zone change does n�t mest a11 of the folloUring requirements:
