RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMNISSION OF T�� CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOM- 1'�NDING THE GRANTING OF A VARIANCF. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application f�r a VARTANCE, as stated on page two; and WHEREAS, the applicant has met the burden �f proof reauired to support his said application; and WHEREAS, the applicati�n shows: 1. That there are special conditi�ns or exceptional characteris- tics in the nature of the property to be affected, or that it's loca- tion, or it's surroundings are such as will permit the Commission to make a t�e�ermination that a literal enforcement of the Ordinance would result 3.n practical difficulties or unnecessar,y hardships; and 2. That the granting of the application is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial proper��y rights; and 3.
