Application No.(s) M-2010-08 Applicant: Jane Vaughan (Cupertino Housing Partners, LLC) Location: 19501,19503,19505,19507 Stevens Creek Blvd Amendment to a Modification application (M-2010-03) of a previously approved Conditional Use permit (U-2003-04) to allow the parking requirements to be incorporated into an appropriate alternate legal document in lieu of the covenants, conditions and restriciions (CC&R's) Planning Commission Agenda of December 14, 2010 Page -2 Tentative City Council date: January 4, 2011 ACTION TO BE TAKEN: Approve or deny M-2010-08 3. Application No.(s) CP-2010-03 Applicant: City of Cupertino Location: 10300 Torre Avenue & 10555 Mary Avenue T'his is a possible future City Project for the construction of solar carports within the Civic Center and Service Center parking lots and the installation of solar panels on the roofs of existing public buildings. The project also consists of transplanting/removal and replacement of up to 55 trees from the parking lot of the Civic Center. If the City Council decides to proceed with this project, then a formal review will be initiated based on the specifics of the Solar Power Purchase Agreement approved by the City Council.
