CONDITIONS:
1-12. STANDARD CONDITIONS
13. The developer shall dedicate in fee to the Santa Clara County Flood
Control District a flood control right-of-way forty five (45) feet
from the center line of the existing channel or a dedication from
the property line to the top of the existing bank, whichever is
greater. In addition thereto, a fifteen (15) foot access easement
shall be dedicated to the Flood Control District assuring access
to Stevens Creek. Said dedication and easement location shall be
sub,ject to the approval of the Flood Control District.
14. Adherence to the Development Ylan as approved by Planning Commission
Resolution No. 726 is hereby made a condition of approval of this
Tentative Map.
