RESOLUTION N0. 724
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
DENYING THE GRANTING OF A USE PERMIT for a coin-
operated automobile washing facility
APPLICANT: Paul Mariani, Jr.
ADDRESS: 10930 N. Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, Cupertino, California
SUBMITTED: December 4, 1969
LOCATION: Southwest corner of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Homestead Road
ZONING: CG
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Continued from Page 1)
FINDINGS:
l. That the proposed facility as an addition to an existing service station
would not be a complementary use to the primary function of an already
small service station facility, resulting in conflicting independent
uses on the sitE.
2. Previously approved automobile washing facilities have been requred to
construct permanent structures, therefore the granting of this request
would be at variance to this policy.

the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
