13 A Development Plan showing location and general type of building
and general arrangement of parking and landscaping shall accompany
the application for approval of a Tentative Map, or for a Building
Permit, in case no Tentative Map is required. Adherence to a
Development Plan approved by the Planning Commission shall be a
condition to approval of a Tentative Map and a Building Permit.
In case the applicant or his successor wishes to revise an approved
Development Plan, such revision shall be submitted to the Planning
Commission. The designation of the zone shall be R3-2.2*da, and
it shall be so indicated on the Zoning Map.

WHEREAS th� at�ached app�ication has been submi�ted to the City of Cupertino
requesting a c�a�ge of zon� in the zoncng re�ulations of the City, as stated
on Page 2; and
WHEREAS the P�a��o�g Commi�saon has held a� least one public hearing in re-
gard to the app3icawi�� o� the aate a� no�ed on said application; and
WHEREAS the ��a�no�g C�mm�ssi�n has du�y considered and hea�d all evidence
submitted 'en ce�a�d �� �a�d application; and
WHEREAS t�e neces�a�y pub�ic nmtices have been given as �equired by the
Zoning Ordinance of t�e Ccty of Cupe�tino;
NOW, THEREFORE, B� BT R�SO�VED;
1, �hat t�e Planning Commissi�n finds tha� the proposed zone change:

b. Con�e�ves and stabilize� the value of praperty,
c. Provide� for adequate open spaces for light and air,
d. Permits adequate cont�ol of fires,
