Adherence to a Development Plan approved by the Planning Commission shall be a condition to approval of a Tentative Map and a Building Permit. In case the applicant or his successor wishes to revise an approved Development Plan, such revision shall be submitted to the Planning Commission. The designation of the zone shall be R3-2.2*da, and it shall be so indi- cated on the Zoning Map. 14 A County use permit exists for service station development within the CG (General Commercial) zone fronting on Foothill Boulevard.
