WHEREAS the at�ached app�ication has been �ubmi�ted �o �he City of Cupertina
requesting a c�a�ge of zo�� in �he zonong �eg�la�ions of the City, as stated
on �age 2; and
WHEREAS the P�a�no�g Co�mi�sion has held at least n�e pu�lic hearing in re-
gard to the app3ica�ion o� the date a� no�ed on �aid app�ication; and
WHEREAS ��e ��a��ing C�mm�s�i�n ha� duly co�side��d a�d hea�d all evidence
submitted in �ega�d �� ��id ap�lication; and
WHEREAS the nece�sa�y pub�ic noti�e� �ave be�n given as R by th�

counted from th.e pres`ent center line of the �aad: Twenty (20) feet
existing rig�t=of-way;`plus ten (10) feet to be dediea.ted as public
road and improved to the satisfaction of the Di:r.eetox of-Public
Works; plus fifteen (15) feet.to_be maintained-as an easement for
possible future public use; plus ten (10) feet to be kept clear of
buildings and industrial structures.
20. A building, a masonry wall six (6) feet high, or ather }�hysical and
visual barrier shall separate the industrial.arEa from Mc�le.].lan
Road, and lot area visible from.McClellan Road...shal]..be.-l.ands.ea�ed�

the City Council. This Condition 20 shall not. apply to an aut�-

21. In case the Light Industria7. Ordinance now being studied by the
City is not in effect at the time an application for a building
permit is filed, each use in the subject area shall be subject to
approval by the Planning Commission.
22. The designation of the zone sha11: be ML-rh, and it shall be so
indicated.on the Zoning Map.. Appendix A to Ordinance 220(f) of
the City of'Cupertino shall be amended by adding: "rh = All
conditions and findings in Resolution No. 689 of the Planning
Commission shall apply."
