DENYING A USE PERMIT
WHEREAS the Planr�ir�g Comm.ission of t.he �i�y cf Cupertino received
an application for a L�se Permit, as stated on Page 2; and
WHEREAS the applica.nt has l�OT rr�et the �urd.en of proof required to
support his s�.id applicatior.; and
WHEREAS the Plar�ning Commission finds that� the application does
NOT meet all of the follov��ing requ.irerrients:
a. Encourage� the most appropriate use of land,
b. Conserves and st3bilizes the value �f property,
c. Provides f�r adequa�e open spaces for light and air,
d9 Permits adequate c�ntrol of fires,
e� Promoteti the health, safety and. pu welfare,
f, Provides for the orderly development of the City, and
g. Is advantageous to the property and improvements in the

is located;
