RESOLUTION N0. 672 (MINUTE ORDER)
OF THE PLANNING"COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
regarding an application filed with the Planning
Commission of the County o£ Santa Clara requesting
a Use Permit for a service station at the northwest
corner of Homestead Road and Stevens Freeway.

The Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino urges the County Planning
Commission to join in efforts to eliminate the proliferation of service
� stations, and in this particular case suggests some other use, perhaps
professional offices. The City Planning Commission has recently denied a
� Use Permit for a service station across Homestead Road from the site now
in question.

PASSED AND ADOPTED unanimously this 28th day of July, 1969 at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of
California .
