CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:
1. That all manure be removed from the premises daily and disposed of or
processed in a manner that will prevent fly production.
2. That a standby spray program be developed which will safely and effectively
control excessive numbers of flies attracted to the premises.
3. Rats, mice and mosquitoes to be adequately controlled.
4. That the sanitarion and spray program be subjected to regularly scheduled
review and approval by the Health Department.
5. A buffer strip one hundred (100) feet wide shall be maintained ad�acent to
all areas with Residential (R) zoning; the access by horses to this strip
to be prevented. (The buffer strip may be used for an access road and for
parking.)
6. There shall be an adequate parking lot, located to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer; in order to prevent the emission of dust and mud, the park-
ing lot and automobile access sha11 be surfaced to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer.
7. At least two water toilets connected to the sewer system or to a septic
tank shall be available to the customers of the operation, to be con-
structed and maintained to the satisfaction of the City's Building Official.
8. Horses shall be kept within the sub�e�t property, unless an adequately
fenced passage be provided connecting the property with the County Park
east of Stevens Creek Reservoir. Emergence o� ho�ses from sub�ect property
to Stevens Canyon Road (the extension of Foothill Boulevard) is prohibited.
