CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:
1. Al1 manure to be removed from the stables daily and di.sposed of or pro-
cessed in a manner that will prevent fly production.
2. A standby spray program to be developed which will safely and effective-
ly control.excessive numbers of flies attracted to the premises.
3. Rats, mice and mosquitoes to be adequately controlled.
4. The sanitation and spray program to be sub,jected to regularly scheduled
review and approval by the County Health Department.
5. No horses shall be kept overnight.
6. In the event of any change in the lease, a copy of the new or amended
lease shall be filed with the City Clerk.

WHEREAS the Planning Commission �f the Cit� of Cupertino received an
application f�r a USE PERMIT as stated an Page 2; and
WHEREAS the applicant has met the burden of proof required to support
said applicati�n; and
WHEREAS the Plann�ng C�mmiss�.on finds that the application meets the
following requirements:
