Location of cables shall be as shown on a map filed with the City Engineer, who is hereby empowered to make necessary revisions. 2. Encourages the most appropriate use of land, � b. Conserves and stabilizes the value of property, c. Provides f�r adequate open spaces for light and air, d. Permits adequate control of fires, e. Promotes the health, safety and public welfare, f. Provides for the orderly development of the City,_and g. Is advantageous to the property and improvements in the zoning district and neighborhood in which the property is lo�ated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after carefuT consideration of maps, �a�ts, exhibits and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE PERMIT be, and the same is hereby granted, subject to the conditions stated on Page 2; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the aforementioned findings be approved and adopted, and that the Secreta�y be, and is hereby directed to noti�y the parties affected by this decision, (Continued on Page 2) -1-
