rezoning �pplication and shall be adhered to, except for the
aforementioned service station� In the event that the applicant
�hal1 desire to make any change, alteration or amendment in the
approved Development Plan, a written request and a revised
Development P1an shall be submitted to the City Plannerv If the
City Planner makes a finding that the changes are minor and do
not affect the general appearance of the area or the in�e�ests
of owners o� p�operty within or adjoining the Development A�ea,
the City Planne� may certify the change on the revised p1an�
If such approval is withheld, the applicant may appeal to the
Planning Commission� If changes are material, the City Planner

may appeal to the City Council, as provided in Ordinan�e 002(a)

17 The designation of the zone shall be CG-rg, and it shall be so
indicated on the Zoning Map. Appendix A to Ordinance 220(f7 of
the City of Cupertino shall be amended by adding "rg = All con-
ditions and findings in Resolution No. 626 of the Planning Com-
mission of the City of Cupertino shall apply."
