and general arrangement of parking and landscaping shall.accompany
the application for approval of a Tentative Map, or for a Build3ng.
Permit, in case no Tentative Map is required. Adherence to a
Development Plan approved by the Planning Commission shall be a
condition to approval of Tentative Map and Building Permit. In
- case the applicant or his successor wishes to revise an approved
Development Plan, such revision shall be submitted to the Planning
Commission. The designation of the zone shall he R3-2.2*da, and
it shall be so indicated on the Zoning Map.
