CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:
1 - 12 Standard Conditions
13 Dedication for Homestead Road along the residential area shall be
forty five (45) feet from the center line of the road (instead of
42 feet as shown on the submitted map).
14 Dedication for Stelling Road along both the commercial and the
residential area shall be twenty nine (29) fe.et (instead of 25 feet
and 20 feet as shown on the submitted map)a
15 A fifteen (15) ft� wide easement shall be shown on the easterly
boundary, connecting Homestead Road with the lot marked "City of
Cupertino".
16 A revised Tentative Map shall be furnished to the Planni.ng Depart-
ment not later than January 30, 1969, if it is to appear on the
next City Council agendaa
