MOTION PASSED: 3-0, Marcy absent POSTPONEMENTS No Postponements ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Emily Nyamdavaa, public speaker spoke about safety on Calle de Barcelona. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS None OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS 2.Rodrigues Avenue Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety (Stillman) Commissioner Ganga disclosed that he lives within proximity of Regnart Creek Trail. 2 Bicycle Pedestrian Commission Regular Meeting October 16, 2024 MOTION: Commissioner Ganga moved, seconded by Commissioner John to recommend that staff make the following improvements on Rodrigues Avenue and inform the City Council to: 1.Install a buffered bike lane around the curve on Rodrigues Avenue. 2.Install speed reduction markings, SFS assembly and warning signs. 3.Reevaluate the speed limit per Assembly Bill 43.
