The meeting was called to order at 7:14 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1.August 21, 2024 Bicycle Pedestrian Commission Minutes
MOTION: Commissioner Ganga moved, seconded by Vice Chair Wolf to approve the
minutes as presented.
MOTION PASSED: 3-0, Marcy absent

Emily Nyamdavaa, public speaker spoke about safety on Calle de Barcelona.

2.Rodrigues Avenue Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety (Stillman)
Commissioner Ganga disclosed that he lives within proximity of Regnart Creek Trail.

MOTION: Commissioner Ganga moved, seconded by Commissioner John to
recommend that staff make the following improvements on Rodrigues Avenue and
inform the City Council to:
1.Install a buffered bike lane around the curve on Rodrigues Avenue.
2.Install speed reduction markings, SFS assembly and warning signs.
3.Reevaluate the speed limit per Assembly Bill 43.
