In May 2023, HC approved the FY 2023-24 CDBG Annual Action Plan (AAP) for submission to the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In September 2023, HC approved a Substantial Amendment to the FY 2023-24 AAP to include a project to replace the Fire Alarm System at the City's Senior Center. 19 21 • Housing & Human Services Grant Funding Allocations, which was completed in Spring 2024.
