THE CITY OF CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA, on the 12th day of June, 1995, at 6:45 PM in the

applications for action by the Planning Commission will be heard:

Variance application to allow a 3 foot rear setback and a 4 foot side setback where a
50 foot setback from property lines is required. (Municipal Code Section 19.60.070)
Exception to allow a 75 foot Cellular Telephone Monopole Antenna where 55 feet is
allowed (Municipal Code Section 19.108.030).
