Location: Peninsula Avenue
Use Permit to construct 7 residential units and one second unit on a .7 acre parcel in a Planned
Development Zone.
Tentative Map to subdivide a .7 acre parcel into seven lots.
Zoning a .7 acre parcel to P (Res. 4.4 - 7.7 dwelling units per gross acre.)
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration Recommended
The project will have no significant, adverse environmental impacts.

Cupertino Community Development Department, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014.
