OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE REZONING OF AN APPROXIMATELY
' 45,200 SQ. FT. PARCEL FROM R1-10 TO P(RES) AT 20075 DE PALMA LANE
SECTION I: FINDINGS
�
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for a rezoning
of property, as described on Section II. of this Resolution; and
� WHEREAS, the necessary notices have been given in accordance with the Procedural Ordinance of the
� City of Cupertino, and the Planning Commission has held one or more Public Heazings on this matter;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the subject rezoning meets the following
requirements:
1) That the rezoning is in conformance with the General Plan of the City of Cupertino; and
2) That the property involved is adequate in size and shape to conform to the new zoning designation;
and
3) That the proposed rezoning is otherwise not detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals and
general welfare of people living and working in the area; and
4) That the proposed rezoning encourages the most appropriate use of land; and
5) That the proposed rezoning promotes the orderly development of the city;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this
matter, the application for Rezoning is hereby recommended for approval by the Planning Commission
of the City of Cupertino.
That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based
and contained in the Public Hearing record concerning Application 06-Z-01 as set forth in the Minutes
of the Planning Commission Meeting of, September 10, 2001, and are incorporated by reference
though fully set forth herein.

� further notified that the 90-day approval period in which you may protest these fees, dedications,
reservations, and other exactions, pursuant to Government Code Section 66020(a), has begun. If
you fail to file a protest within this 90-day period complying with all of the requirements of Section
66020, you will be legally barred from later challenging such exactions.
