Hillside Exception to construct a new 4,547 sq. ft. residence on a 2.56 acre on a legal, sub-
standard lot, prominent ridgeline, slopes greater than 30% and to exceed 2,500 cubic yards of
grading, in conformance with Chapter 19.40 of the Cupertino Municipal Code.
