PC 07-23-1997 LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA, on the 23rd day of July, 1997, at 6:45 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue is hereby given. The following applications for action by the Planning Commission will be heard: 1. Application No.(s): 5-GPA-97 and 9-EA-97 Applicant: City of Cupertino Location: Citywide Consideration of an amendment to the land use element of the general plan to allow an interchange of square footage between commercial and office/industrial uses (Policy 2-3). ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration recommended The project will have no significant, adverse environmental impacts. 2. Application No.(s): 9-GPA-97 and 23-EA-97 Applicant: City of Cupertino Consideration of an amendment to the transportation and land use elements of the general plan related to Policy 4-3: Tiered Traffic Mitigation for Additional Mitigated Development. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration recommended • The project will have no significant, adverse environmental impacts. All environmental documents for the described applications are available for public review at the Cupertino Community Development Department, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California, 95014. If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Cupertino at, prior to, the public hearing.
