The project will have significant, adverse environmental effects related to impacts on
surrounding residential areas and possible presence of hazardous materials. Mitigations
are proposed to reduce impacts to less than significant.

The project may have significant, adverse environmental effects related to removal of
wildlife. Mitigations will be proposed to reduce the effects to less than significant.
