Hillside exception to construct a 2,881 square foot residence on a prominent ridgeline, on
slopes greater than 30%and to exceed the allowed height. Exception to allow less than
four functionally independent parking spaces.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration recommended
This project will have no significant, adverse environmental effects
