Location: 20075 Bollinger Road
Use permit to demolish 800 square feet of an existing church and add 7,308 square feet
of classroom, multi-use and support rooms.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Categorically Exempt

Applicant: First Baptist Church
Location: 10151 Howard Court
Modification to a use permit to demolish or relocate a single family residence
(McCubbin House) and construct a new one.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Categorically Exempt
