PC 09-27-00 110 LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA, on'September 27, 2000, at 6:45 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue is hereby given. The following applications for
action by the Planning Commission will be heard:
1. Application No.(s): 10-EXC-00, 18-EA-00
Applicant: Mary Ellen Chell/Cupertino Community Services
Location: Vista Drive and Stevens Creek Blvd. (north of new fire station)
Exception to the Heart of the City Specific Plan that requires a 30 foot separation
between on-site buildings. (This exception is in conjunction with the previously noticed
use permit, 14-U-00.)
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration recommended.
The project will have no significant, adverse environmental effects.
All environmental documents for the described applications are available for public review at the
Cupertino Community Development Department, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California,
95014.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission in court, you may be limited to raising
only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in
• written correspondence delivered to the City of Cupertino at, prior to, the public hearing. Please
