transfer of floor area ratio development credits.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration recommended. The
project will have no significant, adverse environmental impacts.

Use permit to transfer floor area ratio development credits from Imperial Avenue

Location: 19160 Stevens Creek Boulevard
Use permit to demolish an existing residence and construct an 8,900 square
foot bffice building.
Exception to the side yard setback requirements of the Heart of the City Specific Plan.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration recommended. The
project will have no significant, adverse environmental impacts.
