CITY OF CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA, on July 9, 2001, at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers of
City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue is hereby given. The following applications for action by the
Planning Commission will be heard:

Applicant: Moxley Properties
Location: 21949 Lindy Lane
Tentative map to subdivide an approximately 1.6 acre site into three parcels ranging in
size from approximately 20,500 to 22,500 square feet in an R1-20 zoning district.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Negative Declaration recommended. The
project will have no significant, adverse environmental impacts.
2. Application No.(s): 20-U-99(M)
Applicant: Al Lien Wang
Location: 1655 S. De Anza Boulevard
Use permit amendment to extend the hours of operation to 10 A.M. to 1 A.M. at an
existing restaurant(San Wang)
• ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Categorically Exempt
All environmental documents for the described applications are available for public review at the
Cupertino Community Development Department, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California,
95014.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission in court, you may be limited to raising
only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in
written correspondence delivered to the City of Cupertino at, or prior to, the public hearing.
